| Introduction | Started life in 1970, Lego's and sci-fi filling my young head with ideas. I grew up along with the tech revolution, marking my years by what computer I owned. My first job was tech support for the AV department in my high school. Guess that make me the complete Nerd. Got into the Navy in '88, saw my first war and my first dead body. That was a year. Afterwards, dropped out of society and moved to New Orleans for the next 8 years. In NOLA I lucked out and got a job doing litigation support (video and computers all in one, Yea!). Fought the good fight as a member of the MDL-926 litigation team that went after Dow-Corning Wright in the silicone breast implant case. But, as I have found, lawyers are the WORST at paying their bills, followed by doctors, so the company I was with went under. The late 1990's found me back in Ohio working for Progressive when my mom died from lung cancer. Re-united with my high-school sweetie (ya, I had one), got married and now spend my days helping with her two businesses, renaissance clothing and leather goods. Just opened up a new business for on-site tech support, so we will see how that goes. |
