| Introduction | I am a Diversity Trainer and Green Economy Facilitator. I work with businesses, social change organizations and community agencies to facilitate new ways of thinking and enable new possibilities within workplaces and communities. In my work, I use living systems theory as an approach to facilitate diversity competences and green economy transitions. In the world of organizations, diversity is emerging as the secret sauce for business innovation and community engagement. In nature, diversity is a living source for energy, birth and renewal.
