Introduction	When most people order an appetizer at a Chinese restaurant they will usually gravitate to the cream cheese wontons, eggrolls, etc...Not me, When I open a menu and see listings such as tripe (stomach), head cheese (pig ears among other things) Ox tail (You guessed it..Tail of an Ox) That's what I order. While I will blog about a great hamburger I just had, my passion for food is in finding the out of ordinary.
