Clients can choose from individual or partner training sessions, which are conducted in their home, community fitness center, or office. All of our personal trainers are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have training in boot camp, yoga, and aquatic exercise. Whatever your goals are, we can create a program to reach them. We offer programs for weight loss, sports performance, flexibility, strength, pre/post-natal, etc. Our services also include nutritional guidance and support, as well as recurring fitness assessments and goal setting. Our trainers offer continuous inspiration, motivation, and accountability during and outside of your personal training sessions. This ensures you’ll reach the “Healthy. Fit.
