| Introduction | I'm a quirky mom of three very energetic little boys. My passion is yoga and meditation and teaching mindfulness to adults and children of all ages. I am registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200. Working full time, being a mom, and traveling as much as I can I understand how hard it can be to take time for ourselves and incorporate a daily practice into our lives.
