| Introduction | I'm a 38 year old wife & mom to 5. Our 3rd child, Emily Grace, born in 2003, was our first daughter & a long-fulfilled promise of joy to our family. Never, ever, could we have prepared ourselves for what would become our stark reality, just a mere 2 1/2 years after her birth. Her death. My hope with this blog is to journal where I am now, 5 years after that fateful October day.
