Introduction	After dancing and filming daily for 'Daily Dance YearOfButoh' honoring Kazuo Ohno and the 50th anniversary of butoh in 2009, I decided to continue to share my dance practices here. Dancing and sharing my experience is challenging and yet so enriching for me, nourishing my soul in many ways... I love the challenge of responding moment to moment to my environment - whether it be internal or external. I also love celebrating the beauty of our Mama Earth through dance and many of my practices are ones in which I am expressing my gratitude for this incredible planet we all share - prayer dances. The films are not meant to be 'performances' - as they are done spontaneously wherever I find myself in life without preplanning - most often I am inspired to dance outdoors in nature as i feel most connected to my soul there. I am mentoring with Maureen 'Momo' Freehill who created YearOfButoh. The dances are opportunities to practice for MomoButoh Company.
