| Introduction | I am a widower, originally from Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, now living in Bristol. I have been dancing since I was 14. I learned at the Mimi Green School of Dancing in Westcliff. My wife and I took up Argentine tango in 1991, when the "Tango Argentino" show came to London. We always intended to go to Buenos Aires after I retired but she became ill and we never went. She died in May 2000. When I felt able to return to the world of dancing, I couldn't bring myself to go to B.A. alone and went to Finland instead. |
