| Introduction | Welcome! I titled this blog "Fitness Bug" because I caught it some time ago, and I am now taking it to the next level. It's time to get very serious about my fitness. I have always loved working out, but I could be more consistent. I also need to tighten up my diet. I have 3 daughters, and 2 of them are disabled, so I have added incentive to be as healthy as possible. |
