Introduction	The Advocates for the Coton de Tulear ("ACT") is a group of dedicated Coton de Tulear owners & fanciers. We are committed to the health, welfare & preservation of the breed while focusing our efforts on protecting the Coton de Tulear from further exploitation in puppy mills. We are vehemently opposed to AKC recognition of the Coton de Tulear, as past history has shown a direct correlation between large numbers of rescue animals and AKC registrations.
