| Introduction | Welcome to noncyclist.com. I'm Clay, and I started this blog to track my progress towards the 100 mile LiveSTRONG challenge coming up in August 2009. As you may have guessed, I'm not a cyclist, but I've finally purchased a bike and started training. I live in CT, and work as a corporate trainer for a wireless company in the area. I just got married in August 2008 to Becky, so life is good. She's put up with my various undertakings (including this one) over the years, so she's a keeper for sure.
