| Introduction | Although I have completed two half-marathons I still consider myself a new runner. There are a lot of imperfections I still have to fix and ways to improve my training. The purpose of this blog is to share my trials and tribulations with running and fitness. Most importantly, I hope I can inspire someone (a running hater) to take the leap and find the joy of running/fitness. Like so many marathon runners have said, "There's not a better feeling than crossing the finish line." |
