| Introduction | I am a thirty year old woman with four children in my home! I love working with them all! I would love to travel & concentrate on my self someday, but until then my children are my life. I'm studying to get my Masters in teaching with a specialty in Special Education. I have a wonderful man in my life. I will leave you with a quote of mine. "For me it isn't enough just to have a passion for teaching. I also require the passion for learning in order to operate and find life meaningful. I can only hope that I can deliver this passion for learning to my students as well. It isn't enough to simply skate by through life and simply do what needs to be done, we must put every ounce of our passion and being into everything we strive to achieve. If we don't do this, then we have sold ourselves short. I currently bring this attitude into the school I work for. If my students aren't giving their all, then I let my point be known. Intellect and the ability to learn is a gift. It isn't something to be taken lightly and we need to give back to that gift by using all of it to our fullest extent. This is what I plan to teach my students." |
