| Introduction | My main blog site is over at: musicalbletherings.wordpress.com. I'm very passionate about traditional Scottish & Norwegian music, as well as their modern interpretations, though I have a love affair with music in general. I am always searching for new artists and I enjoy writing album reviews, some of which are published on Folking.com. I started Thistle Music Network as a resource and support network for Scottish folk and traditional musicians looking to promote their music outside of Scotland. When not doing this, I volunteer my time as a naturalist at a local youth camp.
Other things I enjoy are history, archaeology, mythology, prose, nature photography, documentaries, BBC dramas, Radio Scotland & foreign films.
