Introduction	I am a sensory scientist with a strong background in food science and nutrition. I approach skin care as I approach body health - if it isn't good enough to put in your body, why put it on your skin? I am greatly inspired by the beauty of the mountains and plains that surround me, and I constantly draw inspiration and guidance from them as I formulate my products. Enjoy!
Interests	Hiking in the Rocky Mountains, biking around town and country, writing poetry (and Apothecare postings!), cooking healthy and delicious food for myself and my loved ones, and of course - making natural skin care products! At Apothecare, we believe all elements of life are meant to be shared and savored :-)
