Introduction	Life has been crazy and I've accomplished so many of my goals, but none has been about me doing something for myself in a fun, positive way. Time to change all of that as I prove how crazy I am by running a 50k in March 2011.

Favorite music	When running...anything with a great beat. When in the elevator or on hold...Ray Coniff's Deep Purple. Lady Gaga and Michael Buble' are also at the top of the heap.
