| Introduction | I have been a vegan for about 14 years now, it was my new years resolution in 1997(still the only resolution I have ever kept.) I think that the main reason I have been able to stay vegan for so long is that I cook for myself every day, using regular ingredients from the grocery store and don't rely on exotic substitutes or pre-packaged food. |
