| Introduction | I am a thirty something systems analyst with a passion for good, no, GREAT food. I love trying food I've never had before from far away lands. My alltime favorite food region is the Mediterranean. When I eat Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, or Lebanese food I think it's as close to heaven as I can get. Although I earn my living in the technical arena I dream of owning my own specialty food shop some day.
