Introduction	I grew up in an active family, swam competitively for 14 years, am a certified personal trainer, but am most passionate about building a healthy life for those I love, corny but true!! This blog is as much for myself as for everyone else, and I would someday like to write a book about what I have learned in the health industry, because I believe it lacks the realism of everyday women and their everyday issues:)
