Introduction	Carla Steinmetz is a Data Architect and Team Lead with Mythics, Inc. She has been doing iterative BI development for 4 years on various projects. Prior to this, she has a wide variety of Oracle experience: Application DBA, Oracle Portal, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL Toolkit, Oracle Designer, Data Modeler, OBIEE, etc. Carla received a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree from the University of Southern California. Carla has presented at Collaborate, ECO, and RMOUG.
