| Introduction | I don't work in the wine trade but I enjoy consuming wine very much, especially Burgundy. In January 2010 I set up this blog as a place to write about what I've been drinking, boast insufferably about wonderful lunches and dinners, and reminisce at length about jaunts to the Côte-d'Or. This is also where I'm giving a blow-by-blow account of the Premier Cru Project which involves attempting to drink wine from every premier cru vineyard in Burgundy. A tough job which may well turn out to be impossible but someone's got to give it a go... |
