Introduction	For as long as there has been culture, we have been trying to categorise it; mostly so we can tell ourselves our taste is better than everyone else's. What we don't realise is that although reading The Rememberance of Things Past might be highbrow, once you get to the gay S&M brothel scene, you notice that the contents are pretty lowbrow. Here I subjectively attempt to classify the books I'm reading according to where on the low-to-high brow scale.
