Introduction	I am Mom, Daughter, wife and sometimes fit, sometimes not, girl from Western NY. Had Lap-Band Surgery in 2010 and got my groove back for 3 years. It slipped, and was removed. I had a revision to VSG in 2014 and now I am still working on me. I am not as concerned these days with a number on a scale, but a healthy, active and happy life.
