| Favorite movies | The Heart is a Lonely Hunter, To Kill a Mocking Bird, Titanic, Young Guns (both of them), The King's Speech and any western in which John Wayne doesn't appear. |
| Favorite music | Better groups than individual songs: The Beatles, Stones, Animals, Kinks,Son House, Jimmy Reed, Slim Harpo (really),and many, many others. I almost forgot three of my very favorites: the greatest, Buddy Holly, the harmonies of the Everly Brothers and Muddy Waters. Check out his album, "Folk Singer," if you want to hear Delta Blues. Buddy Guy is the backup guitarist on this one. |
| Favorite books | Hard to say because I read a lot and each one seems to be a favorite. How about: Hemingway's Boat for starters, or Funny Cide (the race horse). I prefer non-fiction, particularly biography or anything that smacks of adventure. The tougher my schedule the lighter my reading becomes. |
