Introduction	I decided to start my weight loss this year because I will be in my brother's wedding in Dec of this year and don't want to be remembered as "The groom's fat sister". Also we are going on an 11 day cruise with the in-laws and alot of excursions have weight limits. I don't want to be restricted anymore because of my weight, i'm sick of it! Mainly I need to lose weight for health reasons, possibly want to have a baby next year. So, now is the time for change!
