Introduction	The mission of Chapter OUT LOUD is to equip Christian students of all educational backgrounds with the competence and character to be genuine communicators for Christ. We desire to encourage our students from ages 6-19 to confidently speak and live out the message of Christ’s unfailing love in their communities. Through uplifting devotions, lessons, activities, practices and events, we hope to prepare our speakers to shape culture through authentic communication.
