| Introduction | I'm a thrifty gal in my early 40's living along the North Shore of Chicago with a teenage son, extra hairy dog and a cat, all in a 650 square foot condo. I love everything about decorating! The planning, the colors, the texture, layouts, lighting, fabrics, accessories, etc. I am an amateur decorator who gleefully helps out friends and family when they let me. If I could I'd redecorate my place monthly because there is always something new to be inspired by. As much as I love to decorate, I love to organize. It is so satisfying creating a place for everything and having everything in its place. Besides, who doesn't want to play with all the organizational bins, boxes and labels that are out there? You also get to color coordinate things so it is really decorating and organizing all rolled into a big ball of fun! |
