Introduction	ob’s experience in the financial services industry dates back to 1988 when he took a change in direction after 10 years in the transport industry. Based in Gawler, Bob owned a successful Financial Planning practice with clients predominantly located in the town and throughout the mid-north region of South Australia. After selling the business in 2004, he took some time out of the industry to explore the seniors finance market and now also runs the separate business, Seniors Monetary Solutions. It was only in his few years away from financial planning, which gave Bob the opportunity to look back with fresh eyes at an industry which appeared to be based on outdated models and methods. This observation gave Bob a new enthusiasm to re-enter the financial planning industry and in January 2008, Planning for Prosperity was established.
