Introduction	I'm a home cook who loves to make delicious meals for my family and friends. I was raised eating a combination of my dear mother's English recipes, juicy roast beef and the most incredible Yorkshire pudding, and my father's more epicurean creations, creamy lobster thermidor, garlicky shrimp scampi and his famous Caesar salad. My style of cooking is a mixture of my parent’s way while imbuing my own love for the flavors of the South, Mexico, Italy, and Soul Food cooked from the heart. Some of my favorite foods are fried chicken, grits, smoked meats, tacos, crab, sushi, pizza, pasta…I could go on and on! I appreciate any comments or questions you may have. Thanks for reading!
