Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't like things over my face or neck. I didn't go to medical school bc thankfully I discovered early that I can't wear a surgical mask without feeling like I'm going to faint. I can't put blankets over my head. Turtlenecks drive me nuts. I think I may be slightly claustrophobic.
