| Introduction | Graduating from West Point in 1994, Jim served in the US Army before settling in Austin, Texas. He is a licensed Texas Broker, and co-Founder of Longbow Real Estate Group. Jim has handled brokerage or leasing on approximately $92M of deals. Jim is has earned the CCIM Designation and is currently the Treasurer of the Central Texas CCIM Chapter. Brokerage focuses on retail center sales/leasing, and multifamily(apartment) sales. As Partner in a commercial insurance brokerage, he provides commercial insurance to nearly $1B worth of properties. These include downtown Austin condos such as: Sabine on 5th, Brazos Lofts, AvenueLofts,Bridges on the Park, as well as a $800M portfolio of apartments in Dallas/Austin/San Antonio. |
