Introduction	We are Laurie and Alan. A Dad and Mom to our daughter Aleah, a Papa and Nana to our four sweet grandkids and a "doggie parent's to the 3 little Shelties we had, Austen, Ceddie and Wessie and now Charlotte Rose, a Lab/Chinook mix. We are Christian's who just happen to be Conservative and we want to make the world a better place for our children and grand children. This blog consists of personal, political and Christian convictions. We will fight the good fight for all of those things, in love and honor of our Lord and Saviour. We will do so until death or Christ our Lord's return.
Interests	Our Savior Jesus Christ, Mars Hill Chruch, gardening, boating in the San Juan and Gulf Islands, walking, writing music (Alan), reading mystery and auto bio books (Alan), car rides, traveling the world, being a Nana and a Papa, all our little Shelties we've had and now a Lab mix, painting and drawing, sewing, writing, reading, clothes shopping, taking pictures, music, blogging and face book!
Favorite Movies	Almost all of the old black and white movies.
Favorite Music	Phil Keaggy, Classical, Eno, Simply Red (jazz), Sade, Peter Gabriel...
Favorite Books	The Shell Seekers, Coming Home, Rebecca, CS Lewis, Francis Schaffer, to name a few...
