Introduction	As a little girl, I dreamt to live in Alaska in a log cabin. As an older and wiser girl, I still want to live in a log cabin in the woods. Preferably near a lake. I love the sound of chimes. If I could bottle the smell of a campfire and wear it as perfume, I would. I'm a sucker for strays (I've adopted 2) and I wish that I could save more. I can write, I've been published; and yet besides short stories, I can't write anything very long. I wish camo could replace all other fashionable clothing so people would stop looking at me funny. I love laughing, hugs, and music made from fiddles, violins and banjos. But enough about me, this blog documents my tumultuous love affair with guns, bows, hunting, the outdoors, and a man who loves the outdoors.
Interests	Hunting, country music, dogs, the smell of freshly cut grass, campfires, traveling, singing as loud as possible in the car on the way to work, acting like I'm 8, working out so hard my entire body refuses to move the next day, reading and drinking wine outside when the leaves are a sea of red, orange and yellow, playing hockey, watching the sun rise and set in a single sitting, shooting really loud guns at shooting ranges, the few first moments of sunshine on opening day, shooting bow in my front yard, puppies, wearing camo, laughing, and loving.

What did you dream when you ate a spider while sleeping?

Um. What? Sure. Yeah.
