| Introduction | I was born in Manhattan. My degree is in Political Theory. I've sold specialty foods for an import company in Chelsea Market, completed the culinary program at the French Culinary Institute, worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant/hotel in England, and taught cooking classes. Now I sell commodity dairy and groceries to restaurants, and on the weekend I do some catering, and sometimes make an appearance at my cheese counter in Chelsea Market. |
