Introduction	My first running clinic started in Jan. 2007. Totally without thinking I signed in for a 5 mile run. This is very much me, not thinking, always a yes, days later I realise what I have gotten myself in, again! Mostly the results are good, the result of this first run, is a running addiction, always running, always looking for a possibility to run, always fun running!
