| Introduction | I love everything about food. I think of cooking like arts and crafts. All the ingredients are my mediums. And all the projects are edible. I also love how food brings people together. Sitting around a table for a meal is probably the single most joyful thing we do everyday. I love how every culture has food that they are so proud of, that reminds them of being at their mother's table. When I travel, I believe that you experience a country most by it's food. My goal is to learn to always learn something new about ingredients, techniques and flavours. |
