| Introduction | As principle and Lead Consultant for Talisman Consulting Services, I provide services to both the public and private sectors providing strategic planning, marketing and technology consulting services. Most often the goal is to improvfe bottom-line profitability through improved marketing, sales and technology based solutions. My time is also spent as a volunteer business trainer and business counselor. It is my pleasure to be working with the extremely capable and dedicated individuals on both the County and Maryland State Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Advisory Boards including the Information and Communications Technology Sub-Committee. I also serve as Co-Chair an SBDC BRAC Advisory Committee assisting the small business community. My monthly business column on BRAC and its impact to the bottom line can be seen in professional publications. In my personal time my enjoyment is in coaching youth league sports and in serving as a Director of Public Relations and Marketing for Boy Scouts of America. I am also a founding member of the Strategy, Capture and Proposal Consortium (SCPC4), an East Coast group of professional business consultants. |
