| Introduction | Jeff Black, Partner with McDermott & Bull Executive Search, joined the firm in January 2003 and is the firm’s longest tenured Consultant, having performed over 140 retained search engagements. He joined the firm following 20+ years as a corporate executive where he had personal experience as a retained search client, giving him a unique “user’s perspective”. Jeff's practice focuses on securing ideal-fit talent for the culture and values of his client companies. Previously, he served as a Vice President and Division Manager for Raytheon Technical Services Company, a $2B global services subsidiary of Raytheon, leading growing operating divisions of up to $130M in revenue and 1000 employees. Having earned a B.A. in Business Management in 1980 and an MBA in Finance in 1984 from California State University, Fullerton, he has been married for over 30 years with two adult daughters and currently resides in Yorba Linda, CA. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the YMCA of Orange County, supports character education through The Ethical Edge, and is the founder of DifferenceMakersOC. |
