| Introduction | Even as a little girl, I remember being fascinated by a camera's ability to freeze a certain moment, saving it forever. And I still love it when I look through my lens and I see someone as they truly are. Exuberant or cool, flashy or casual, crazy or normal, whatever...just beautiful, broken people, created to be different from one another. I love to capture the essence of who we are as people with my camera. When I know I have caught that glow in your smile or a significant look between two people who love one another, I can feel the magic of this art I call a photo session. I am trying to catch a moment that can be saved forever, one that you will always remember, because it is exactly you. I love to see kids being children, which is often silly or even messy. I like to see families looking at each other. I love to record a significant event in someone's life, like taking baby steps, graduating or getting married. But I also love to take pictures of a season in your life, just you or your family, taking on the challenges of life...living, walking and discovering the world around us. |
