| Introduction | I am originally from Louisiana, USA, I have worked for over 25 years in the restaurant industry in the US and have been responsible for developing menu’s and concept's for some well known US businesses. I was part of the team that put together Texas Embassy Cantina in London UK on Cockspur Street. For the last 6 years I have concentrated on Event Design and taken a break from working with food. I’m now based in Ludlow, Shropshire UK and have a lifestyle florist/gallery/shop with my partner Phil. |
