| Introduction | PhatGyrl is a self proclaimed Nuyorican from the Bronx, her poetic style stems from her personal experiences. PhatGyrl, doesn't like to refer to herself as an artist because her writing style isn't as consistent as her peers but more like a random moment "I can only write, when I feel it." She attended the University of the District of Columbia majoring in Political Science with a minor in Business Technology. She's a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., awarded Competent Communicator (2008) by Toastmasters International and a representative of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. Her first poetry book "PhatGyrlzRule-Image iz Everything" is due this year. |
