Introduction	Patrick Soulard is teaching Investment Banking alongside Professor Michel Fleuriet, for the Master Investment Banking and Markets at the Paris-Dauphine University .He was Deputy CEO of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) during 10 years and before he was member of the Managing Board of BNP Paribas in charge of Corporate Finance. He has been involved in most of the major financial transactions (Privatisations, IPOs, M&A, LBO, Financial Restructurings) in France over the last two decades.
