Introduction	The other day I woke up and I was old, fat, and a new red head. Where did it all go wrong? It has been taking place over my lifetime. The difference now is that I'm sick of it. The old I can't fix but the fat and redhead...oh yea baby! I can and will fix those things. So here begins my journey. A journey that will take me to a whole new life that I can't even imagine, even if I try ever so hard. The journey into the scary unknown of being healthy, thinner or maybe even thin? Oh no...who would have ever thunk it? I'm scared to leave this state of unhealthy and fat, but I'm scared to stay too. My kids need me but most importantly I need me. So here is hoping I succeed. God help me through.
