Introduction	I was born in West Punjab, now in Pakistan on 23-06-1942 in a middle class family.We shifted to India in August,1947 when my father was serving in Indian Army was away in unit in Kolkatta. He culd trace us in Patiala in Punjab after along search for three months.I passed F.Sc.in 1959 and joined Air Force on 22 June1960. Passed as AC-1 from 3 GTS Bangalore in May/June,1961 and posted to Jammu. Soon I landed in Air Force Admin College,Coimbatore in May,!963 for as a GDP cadet and then shifted to PTE Allahabad for flying trainig in July,1963where I did my trg. with Air Chief Marshal S.C. Tyagi who was junior to me . Got medically boarded out after six months of trg.and opted join my duty as LAC the rank which I held before going for trg.Left Indian Air Force as Sgt. (Tripple MA )after 15 years of service i.e.in June,1975. Joined Languages Deptt.in Feb.1975 and Retd. as Assistant Director in June,2000. My two sons,MD (Medicine) and Engineer,are settled in USA and I am living happily in MY INDIA.
