About me

Introduction	Shari L. Berg was born and raised in Blairsville, Pa. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a BA in Journalism and a minor concentration in English Literature. She has won several awards, including the prestigious John Fiske McHugh Award for Journalists, which is given to a journalism student who shows exemplary work in an advanced reporting course. She also was the recipient of two Golden Quill Awards. She currently resides in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband, Isaak, and son, Connor.
