| Introduction | I’m 51 years old, a wife, a proud mother of four, and a Nonna to five beautiful grandchildren and lucky enough to have my besties support me through this crazy life. My journey thus far has been filled with its share of highs and lows, and I want to take a moment to share a bit about myself. I’ve battled with mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD and I beat cancer. It’s been a long and often winding road, but I’ve come to understand that these experiences shape who I am and motivate me to seek joy and balance. I’ve learned that healing isn’t just a destination; it’s an ongoing journey, and I am committed to nurturing my well-being every day. |
| Interests | I used to be an avid reader, always getting lost in the pages of a good book. With recent changes in my life, I have high hopes of returning to that passion. Books have a unique ability to transport us, and I can’t wait to dive back into those worlds again., Writing has also been an outlet for me. I vow to get back into it and explore my creativity. To my grandsons—Maxwell, Dominic, and Orlando—a book is still in the works for you boys! I hope that one day I can share my stories with you, instilling in you a love for words and imagination.,Being near the beach is another love of mine; there’s something about the sea that soothes my soul. Whether it’s lounging on the sand or plunging into the waves, water has a way of refreshing my spirit. It’s one of those simple joys in life that I always cherish., I also have a deep appreciation for food—cooking, savouring, and sharing delicious meals with family and friends brings me so much joy. Food has a special way of bringing people together and creating lasting memories, and I love the moments spent around the table, surrounded by laughter and love., Speaking of love, my friends hold a significant place in my heart. They are my support system, my cheerleaders, and my confidants. Together, we create countless adventures, and I would not trade those bonds for anything in the world. |
