| Introduction | Dan Philpot is a sales manager for a national product and service company. In December, 2009, he had a massive heart attack which is the root of this blog. He is a graduate of Asbury University (B.A.) and Asbury Theological Seminary M.Div) in Wilmore, Ky. and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Ga. He served as a Pastor for 25 years in United Methodist churches in Kentucky and Georgia before entering the business world. He and his wife, Barbara, reside in the Atlanta area. They have three grown children, Micah, Mary and Parker, and two grandchildren, Peyton and Brady. Parker was a football player for the 2011 and 2012 National Champion U. of Alabama football teams. |
