| Introduction | This site is for CTA riders to log their daily commute...the unannounced train delays and between station stops, the 7 station non-stop express runs, the rude and mostly uninformed station operators and "security" guards, the dirty, broken-down, barely running OVERCRWODED buses, and a handful of rude drivers. If your train stopped somewhere between Sox/35th and Cermak/Chinatown and you got no announcement...report it here. If the back window on the #8 Halsted bus is off the hinges and bangs itself into the side of the bus all the way to 79th Stree...report it here. If your station is so dirty that it makes you sick...literally...report it here!! We need dates, times, station names, bus numbers, and/or operator numbers. Every 30 days, this information will be gathered and mailed to CTA, Springfield, and the Federal Transit Administration, until we get some action. You know what to do, people!! |
