| Introduction | Donna Ireland Ducharme holds degrees in Teaching & Education and has held a Teaching & Healing Ministry for 30 years. Her background and experience in Spiritual, Wholistic and Theological Studies is diverse: She is a Spiritual Teacher, Writer,Initiate, Senior Amrit Yoga Teacher,and an experienced Teacher of Whole Foods Nutrition and a Wholistic Health Consultant. She is also the Founder of Resonance Movement and Resonance Healing. The culmination of her work inspired her to found The Sanctuary, - a non-profit charitable organization and Ministry, in 2000. The Contemplative Practices of The Sanctuary embrace the heart of all spiritual truths and traditions, uniting and respecting the many paths to God. Most currently, she and her husband are stewards of Snow Dragon Mountain - a 212 acre sacred mountain in New Hampshire. It has breathtaking views and powerful sacred sites for renewing the spirit. Working in harmony with the earth, wind and sun, they have established a completely off-grid, organic vegetable and herb farm. Maresha is dedicated to living a simple and grateful life while sharing healing energies and environments with all. |
