Introduction	Its a community based organization started by the war affected communites of Acholi quarters, Banda - Kireka Kampala Uganda Its now twenty years plus since people from Northen Uganda moved from their home Districts to take regugee here in Central Uganda About 3000 people plus are living in this place commonly known as Acholi Quarter The area was baptised so because Initially 100% living there were Acholi tribe. However as war comes to pass, non Acholis are also begining to settle on this Hill.
